Hah, yes. Can you imagine being one of the cars he passes and then seeing  this video and it’s like nothing to him? The closing speed is insane.

This is a great way to show fast driver vs. fast car....only the fast driver also has a fast car. The amount of metal he absolutely obliterates during this run is insane. Just imagine, a couple dozen people woke up that day and thought “Yeah, I’m gonna go set a good time at the Ring today” and then got trounced by Kubica on a sunday drive..... An honor, for sure, but also a bit of an Oof.

This is true. Driver makes all the difference. I overtook multiple BMW ‘Ring taxis in mild rain when I was there in my ‘87 Peugeot, and I am by no means a great driver.
